Multilogue helps you ENGAGE and EXCITE your customers and prospects to build market share. We do this by creating and distributing REALLY GREAT marketing content on your behalf.

Let's Define Marketing Content!
Marketing content is valued information that helps your clients or prospects deepen their understanding of a complex topic. It could be a report on emerging industry trends, a training webinar on technology evaluation, an opinion article on a controversial topic, or a video exploration of a new development.

Marketing Content is persuasive. It's informative and intriguing. It has real value because it gets people thinking. And while they're thinking, they're thinking about the company that put this interesting material in their hands.

When done really well, content marketing:
  • Establishes your brand leadership by establishing thought leadership.
  • Brings interested prospects to your door already educated on some of the buying decisions they face in choosing your products or services.
  • Builds a highly searchable online record that raises your company's visibility across the Web.

MULTILOGUE helps you do content marketing REALLY WELL! The precursors to content marketing can be found in the rise of data-driven marketing in the 1980s and 1990s. Custom publishers, taking cues from technology companies, launched sophisticated periodicals, white papers, and seminar series to educate and entice prospects and customers into mutually respectful relationships.

Multilogue's skill set grows out of that era. In the 80s', we were producing corporate content for Digital Equipment Corporation, IBM, AT&T. In the 90s, we were packaging books for Consumers Union, and trans-Atlantic publishing for C-suite readers for Acxiom Corporation. Today, we're applying the content generation skills learned with the online marketing savvy needed to compete. The result? A partner you can rely on to guide you to success.

THE CONTENT ROADMAPâ„

Blogs, Google+, Twitter, Facebook, industry community sites, periodicals….
Companies today are distributing on average over 400 content items per day across a broad range of media. With so many places to see and be seen, many marketers feel overwhelmed with just generating enough content, let along getting it in front of desired targets. The recent BTB Content Marketing study by Marketo/Junta42 found that almost 6 out of every 10 BTB marketers feels challenged by producing engaging content in sufficient quantity for its marketing needs.

Multilogue helps by establishing an structured process for planning, creation, distribution, and measurement. Our Content Roadmap organizes what otherwise may feel like an overwhelming process:

1. Assessment. We review your business goals and marketing resources for achieving them. We conduct a messaging audit and content inventory to evaluate available assets and identify gaps or messaging inconsistencies.  We establish benchmark measurements for Website activity, lead generation, and conversion. Based on this audit, we prepare a content marketing strategy with tactical framework for meeting business growth goals in each target segment.

2. Content Asset Plan. This step creates the detailed action plan for content marketing. We identify the content marketing materials to be created; content ownership and governance; content meta data; content distribution schedule and placements; supporting promotional campaigns in all social media, adwords, etc.; preparation of conversion landing pages; sales readiness preparations, and measurement criteria.

3. Distribution. Using the detailed content inventory and editorial plans developed in first two steps, we work with you to ensure that all materials are created and posted on schedule, with appropriate meta and content governance data.  We supplement your in-house team in managing online conversations resulting from your content and in monitoring traffic for signs that adjustments are needed.

4. Measurement. Content marketing requires nimble, alert handling to be truly effective. If you notice traffic coming through to a landing page is not converting, it's time to adjust the landing page. If a controversial blog entry requires an unplanned follow-up, you need to act quickly to take advantage of the opportunity.  Multilogue can serve as an extension of your marketing eyes and ears, monitoring activities across all media and making recommendations for continual improvement.
